Hey everyone here is the new build! We are super excited about this one. We have overhauled the way green notes work. We also added an all new passive system that can make some pretty crazy combos.

Visuals

  • Green particle effects redesigned.  They should cover less of the screen later in the game
  • Queen bee’s screen shake is slightly more intense when she lands
  • Many of the game’s projectile trails have had slight visual alterations
  • The Motherboard background has been tweaked to enhance visibility

Features

  • Green notes have been redesigned from scratch.  They will still increase the range of your projectiles, but no longer boost movement speed
  • You now receive one of three random free stat upgrades after each boss
  • Stat upgrades can be purchased in stores
  • Utility passives can stack!
  • Spot now visually changes when offensive passives abilities are equipped

Balance

  • Queen Bee’s active projectiles will be destroyed when she flies into the air
  • Queen Bee’s projectile patterns are more random and can cut off the players’ strafing
  • All active projectiles will be destroyed when the first boss is destroyed in level 3
  • Level 3 bosses have more health in their second phases
  • Turrets last longer
  • Barrier and Heat Seeking Missiles have been switched to Utility passives
  • Bruisers, Cross Turrets, Stingers and Snakes have had their health reduced to compensate for the damage loss from the bug fixes in the last update
  • Blue notes increase their column’s damage output by 0.5 (down from 1)
  • Blue, Green + Blue and Blue + Purple have base damage values of 1.5 (up from 1)
  • Riot Shield projectiles move faster but disappear more quickly.  Results in a net loss of range for the ability
  • Upgrade rooms must be chosen in a Choice room to be accessed.  You can no longer wander into one unexpectedly.
  • You can no longer enter a shop before acquiring 50 bits
  • Enemy health scales by 50% per level (up from 25%)
  • Enemies from different levels can be spawned in any level after level 3
  • Mines move farther from the player but don’t last as long
  • Some enemies will no longer appear after level 3
  • Notes have been capped again to 24.  Players cannot exceed this number of notes at any one time
  • The first boss’ laser colliders have been made thinner to better match the visuals
  • Yellow note’s explosions are smaller than they used to be when combined with other note colours in a column

Bug Fixes

  • Turrets no longer start their expiration timer until they’ve taken their first shot
  • Turrets and mines could behave erratically when paired with Barrage and Spiral Shot
  • Multiple level 3 boss bugs resolved
  • Queen Bee will no longer fire shots after she has taken off
  • Spin shot should act more reliably when colliding with walls and combining with other passive abilities
  • Enemy lasers can now hit the player repeatedly

Other

  • Significant effort has gone towards improving the performance of the game, specifically in boss fights with large numbers of projectiles

Now the gameplay is lag to.

whats the problem? This version is more laggy?

The older version no have lag, except the first boss 2 phase bullet spam attack.

Maybe new visual things?

Can confirm, it is. RIP Melee only runs without speed from green though, but stat upgrades should be a fine replacement.
